Accessibility & Certification

GSFF is committed to ensuring an open and accessible environment for everyone.

For info on our Pay What You Can sliding scale for ticket pricing, please see our ticketing page.

Certification

The films screened at GSFF are not formally certified by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). We have given them an age recommendation e.g. 15+ (suitable for ages 15 and older; no one under 15 will be admitted).

Wheelchair Access

All venues for public events are wheelchair accessible. If you require a wheelchair space, please request this in advance by emailing access@glasgowshort.org

Captioning

Captions for D/deaf and Hard-of-Hearing audiences are available for all public screenings.

BSL Intepretation

The Scottish Competition Q&As will be BSL-interpreted. Other events and discussions may be BSL-interpreted - we will update this page and individual show listings as and when this is confirmed.

Travel Bursaries

We have limited travel bursaries available for local audiences. Please email tickets@glasgowshort.org if you would like to request this provision.

Website

While we make every attempt to ensure you get the most out of the website, you can improve your browsing experience by altering particular browser settings.

However, if you are having trouble with any access element of the site, please contact us at access@glasgowshort.org.

If you have additional access needs, please email access@glasgowshort.org and we will accommodate as best we can.
