The Scottish Short Film Award at GSFF, the largest annual showcase of its kind, honours inspiration and innovation in new Scottish cinema. The 2026 jury consists of Federica Pugliese, Artistic Director of Lago Film Festival, Jen Davies, co-founder and co-director of Glasgow-based distributor Conic Films and Luce Grosjean, founder and CEO of Miyu Distribution.
The 2025 Scottish Short Film Award was won by Lisa Clarkson for Paternal Advice. The jury gave a special mention to Baby directed by Eubha Akilade.
The 2025 Scottish Audience Award went to Soul by Eilidh Loan.
